Now, we have to factorise this expression.

For this, we ha ve break the middle term as sum of two terms such that, whose produt will be equal to the product of other two terms.

Now, expanding the middle term, we will get,

 x^2 -2x -x+2

Clearly, we have, .  2 * x^2 = (-2x) (-x)

Now, taking the common terms, we get,

= x(x-2) -1 (x-2)

=(x-2) (x-1)

Hence, the factors are (x-2) and (x-1)
