Inertia is that quantity which depends solely upon mass. The more mass, the more inertia. Momentum is another quantity in Physics which depends on both mass and speed.

Answer:

Inertia is 'the natural tendency of an object to remain at rest or in motion at a constant speed along a straight line'

Mass is the main factor in which the inertia of body depends.

More the mass, more will be inertia.

Less the mass, less will be inertia.

Hope it helps you!
