as France helped 13 American colonies. so, this had drained the France into depth of 3 billion levers, so the French society was divided into 3 parts called estates. the first estate as clergy, the second as nobility and the third and the last estate which had peasent and buisnessmen. so to meet the daily expenses the tax were incriesed which only the third estate had to pay
