Answer:

Press the Windows Logo key + R to open a Run dialog. Type msconfig into the Run dialog and click on OK. Navigate to the Services tab, enable the Hide all Microsoft services by checking the box beside it and click on Disable all. Next, switch to the Startup tab and disable all start-up services.
