As for as I'm concerned , this statement "failure of public enterprises can be sold by privatization" is a good initiative and must be recognized by the govt.
Lets take an example of AIR INDIA
1. We all knows private enterprises always concerned about effectiveness and efficiency and govt always concerned about public welfare.
2. If we go through the case study of AIR INDIA then we will be able to find lots of problems like limited resources having too much employees, lack of management etc.
3. Public enterprises always focus on social welfare so they recruite lots of employees in the term for social welfare. If you're having lots of employees then they will not give you optimum level of work cause work is limited.
4. And if work is not done with effectiveness and efficiency then its obvious your profit will start diminishing.
5. If profit starts diminishing then how will you give salaries of those employees? it will make our economy weaker.
