Explanation:

There is no soul on earth that has not faced failure in life. Failure can happen anywhere. It could be in a domestic situation at home or in the workplace, through an error of judgement or because of circumstances beyond one’s control. Failure can be caused in man-made systems by natural calamities such as floods, draughts, hurricanes and tsunamis. In both the workplace and in the home, failure can happen because of design defects, operational aberrations, or systems not performing according to expectations.

What is failure? When matters don’t progress according to one’s expectations, or when expectations are not met, there is failure. Failure is the state or condition of not meeting a desirable or intended objective, and may be viewed as the opposite of success. Failure is a reality of life, and at another level, it actually helps one to grow. It is a well-known fact that many of the greatest achievers have often experienced failures, but have utilized the experience gained to later achieving success. Therefore, we can assume that failure is part of the learning process that we all undergo in our earth incarnations. In fact, this is one of the main reasons why we are here on earth in this life: to learn from direct experience. Most often, failure is the stepping stone to success.

When there is failure, the mind is usually affected by emotions such as anger, frustration, fear, rejection, etc., which when protracted over a long period, could lead to depression. The mind becomes stressed, fatigued and weak.
