Lobopodia- It is the most common type of pseudopodia which are present in the amobae. They are generally blunt and finger-like.

Filopodia-These are slender,tapering and occasionally forming simple,branched networks.

Reticulopodia-These are branching filaments which fuse to form food traps.

Axopodia- These are long and sticky but radiate singly have a stiff internal rod composed if numerous microtubules.
