when a changing flux link with a conductor or coil, an emf is induced in that conductor.This is called the Faraday law of electro magnetic induction.

This law states that ' when a conductor is displaced from above the magnet, emf(electro motive force) is produced in that conductor which acts as potential difference and makes the electrons to flow thus current flow'.
