farmer is uphappy becuase of is low crop yield. he discussed the problem with an agriculture and realised that the soil of his field was too acidic remedy

i think that scientist will suggest farmer to treat soil with bases like slaked lime(calcium hydroxide) or quicklime(calcium oxide).

The organic matters are added to soil, if the soil of his field is so basic. Organic matter releases acids that neutralise the basic nature of the soil
