Farmers of Punjab and Haryana have a practice of stubble burning after
harvesting. When the harvesting used to be done manually, the crops were cut from the bottom but after the machines were introduced the crops were cut from a distance above from the ground. The remaining part need to be burnt to make the field available for next crop. This burning of crops causes a lot of pollution. A student tries to find out the amount of CO2 produced by burning the crop in a lab and calculating the mass difference of before and after burning. The masses were 100gm and 68 gm before and after burning respectively.

Question: What was the calculated amount of CO2 produced?
