Farmers situation during in adequate rain

as we know India is an agricultural country .But our farmers getting trouble in cultivation . And the main fault is adequate rain .During unwanted heavy rainfall the farmland fulls up with water and the crops get damage. Due to this type of harm ness the farmer can't get enough crops for sell. So their family feel trouble during this period.
