* In rekhankana Method we add the numbers and whenever we reach 10 or more than 10, we drop 10 then and there, in the form of a line and carry forward the balance if any left with us.

* In the adjacent example 6+5 is 11 we dropped one line under 5 as 10 and 1 is carried forward at
