◆fast foods are the type of foods which we eat for just taste and to satisfy our hunger.
these food can include foods having high quantity of oil, fats, and the hormones which are hard for us to digest.
◆fast foods are bad for our health in many ways.. it increases hormones related to stress and anxiety in our body.. our mind gets disconnected from the natural supplements.
fast foods provide that much fats and oils to our body which are exceeding the regular consumption which thereby can't be digested and gets accumulated in our body leading to obesity..
◆obesity is the condition in which a person starts to get more fat than average person..
this can be because he or she is being eating fast food from a long time and isn't flushing out the toxins present in body.{ regular exercise must be done so that sweat can control the toxins present in the body which came from reaction of our body hormones to the fast foods.}
◆the prevention of obesity is really important because when one person suffers from obesity his/her physical growth and health is affected
obesity can cause numerous diseases which can lead to death of a person.. several disorders can be found in kidneys.. when the person's kidney is not able to filter properly cause the amount of fats,oils,grease he/she consumed was above his/her kidney's capacity to filter out.. other diseases can be improper breathing levels, cardiac issues it also affects the parts of our brain.
◆obesity can be prevented by a numerous ways..
● running must be done atleast for 20 min.
● scientists have proved that 15 min of laughing heartily release powerful androgens which are necessary for proper functioning of body also it is a way to stretch out the organs of your body (providing them an exercise) according to scientists :)
●you can limit the consumption of fast foods.

●there are numerous other lifestyles including being vegan or going on to a HCLF diet living a holistic lifestyle. {if you want to completely filter yourself out}
