Draw two circles intersecting each other such that their tangent at intersection is Line CD & intersecting at Point Q.

Now, draw a line AB such that the centres of the circles & the Point Q lie on the line AB.

Hence, we can now say that the Centre P, Point Q & the Centre R lie on the same Line AB & thus they are collinear.
