 {x}^{2}  -  { (\frac{1}{3} )}^{2}

using,

 {a}^{2}  -  {b}^{2}  = (a + b)(a - b)

here,

(x +  \frac{1}{3} )(x -  \frac{1}{3} )

Answer:

 {x}^{2}  -  \frac{1}{9}  =  {x}^{2}  -  {( \frac{1}{3}) }^{2}  = (x +  \frac{1}{3} )(x -  \frac{1}{3} )

IDENTITY USED:

a^2 - b^2 = (a + b)(a - b)
