fat rich foods provide energy to the body. Then why is it advised not to eat too much of fried food?​

fats take more time to digest as compared to carbohydrates so it is advised to take carbohydrates more than fats

Even if it provides energy it also consist of callories which is not good..
More callories rich food makes you fat..
All vitamins, Proteins, Fats.... are essential for us..
But it should be balanced..
We should have balanced diet..
So it is suggested not to eat "too" much of fried food.
