Let the age of father be x
And age of her daughter be y.

As per given condition
x = 3y ........(i)

After five years,
Age of father = x+5
Age of daughter = y+5

As per given condition
(x+5) = (y+5) × (5/2)
(2x + 10) =( y+5) × 5
2x + 10 = 5y + 25
2(3y) + 10 = 5y+25 { from (i)}
6y + 10 = 5y+25
y = 15

Put this value on (i)
x = 3(y)
x = 3(15)
x = 45

So age of father = 45 years
Age of daughter = 15 years
