F = 3R

F+8=2.5(R+8)

3R+8=2.5R+20

R=24

F=3R=72

R+16=40

F+16=88

F=xR

x=F/R

=88/40

=2.2

So after further 8 years, father's age becomes 2.2 times Rohit's age.
