Let the age of son be  'x' .

⇒  age of his father = 6x .

After four years ,

age of father and son are 6x+4 ; x+4 respectively.

⇒ 6x + 4 = 4 ( x + 4 )

⇒  6x + 4 = 4x + 16

⇒  2x = 12

⇒  x = 6

∴The present age of father is 36 years old and that of son's age is 6 years.

Hope this helps you ✌️✌️☘️☘️.
