Let Raju's age be x

Father's age be 4x

After 5 Years:

Raju's age is x+5

Father's age is (4x+5)

4x+5 = 3(x+5)

4x+5 = 3x +15

4x-3x = 15-5

x= 10

Hence, Present age of Raju is 10 years

And Father's age is 40 years
