x+5=2(y+5+z+5)
x+5=2y+10+2z+10
x= 2(y+z)+20-5
x= 2(y+z)+15

3y+3z=2y+2z+15
3y-2y+3z-2z=15
y+z=15

x=3y+3z
x=3(y+z)
x=3(15)=45 years
