Yes it is a single displacement reaction.

SO4 is displaced from Cu to Fe

yes Fe + CuSO₄ → FeSO₄ + Cu  is a single displacement reaction  here Fe displaces Cu and  forms compound with SO₄ being more reactive, Fe gains SO₄.
