Answer:

Explanation:

That is extremely true that diffidence commonly known as nervousness can stop people to learn things.Whenever a person who has a lack of confidence often faces trouble and obstacles less confidence leads to less communication and so things get a little complicated, people with less confidence don't have any kind of assurance that they have an ability to aspire and learn something new things which creates fear of failure

fear is the biggest thing that makes a person coward lack of confidence leads fear and fear eventually makes the person coward

the best way to overcome nervousness and diffidence is by feeling inspired and motivated for that purpose they can take help of inspirational quotes and seek some motivational speakers for themselves...they can share about their worries and lack of confidence with someone near and dear, their cheerful words have an amazing power to cheer you up and give away nervousness

Yes I agree that Fear and lack of confidence often stop one from leading new things as we can see in the seagull's case .The fear that kept him from was to drown in the ocean and the lack of confidence to even give a try kept him from flying like his brothers and sisters did.

The seagull unknowingly jumped as he was trying to reach for his food bought by his mother who was trying to make him reach for his food on his own.

The seagull who was hungry and couldn't resist himself as he saw his food ,jumped off the cliff forgetting about his fears and eventually flapped his wings .

Because of this the seagull gain confidence in himself and overcame his fear of flying.

HOPE THIS HELPS U
