Fear is negative feeling which paralyses us and makes us passive do you agree with this how can you come this feeling

Yes, I agree with the above-given statement. Fear does make us stun and make our mind go fuzzy and unresponsive which is why it feels like paralysis.

We can overcome this feeling of fear and paralysis by:

1) having control over our mind and this can be done by various exercises.

2) keeping our mind focused.

3) distracting ourselves with something which makes us feel better.

4) overcoming our fears, which takes time and is not instantaneous.

FEAR

Fears are nothing but just a state of mind. It is normal for all of us to have fears. Some might be afraid of heights, of darkness, of water etc. There is a never ending list of fears but the problem arises when the fear starts overshadowing you.

When fear starts to overshadow you, it plays with your mind and it develops a sense of negativity inside you which somewhere starts to paralyze you.

Avoiding your fears can be a solution but it can just be a temporary one. If you want to overcome your fears then you need to think of a long run solution which is to face them.

Facing your fears is definitely not an easy task but it isn't impossible as well.

There are ways by which you can overcome all of this negativity :-

  1. Take a decision of facing it. You cannot run from your fears the whole life.
  2. Sit with your fear for some time. If it's darkness then sit in dark; if it's water, sit in water; if it's heights then go to some height (not much high in starting) and so on.
  3. Don't do it alone for first few times. Have someone with you whom you trust a lot.
  4. Take a deep breath and say to yourself that you can do it.
  5. When you repeatedly start doing the above things then you will start developing a sense of confidence in yourself which will work like a boost for you.
  6. Later, increase your time with your fear. Move towards it and shout at it that you aren't afraid anymore.
  7. You will realize that you have started to deal with it.
  8. Repeat all these steps and then the time will definitely come when you no longer will be afraid of it. You no longer will need someone by your side while dealing with it.
