nope..it's not compulsory that fear of punishment only enforce decipline...as love can even easily create decipline..

Any work gets accomplished only because of two important reasons. The first being out of interest and the other because of the fear. The fear of punishment in the students only enforces discipline. These disciples are because of the fear which does not stay forever. The things done out of fear are much vulnerable than the things done out of interest. Discipline in any student should be subject to real feelings and respect which would the student to learn and grow in his life.
