Answer:

Symbiotic nutrition is the relationship between two or more organisms in which they share their nutrition and shelter. This mutual relationship may or may not be beneficial to both the partners.

There are mainly 3 types of symbiotic relationships.

1) Mutualism - In this type of relationship both the organisms benefit. Eg - Rhizobium living in root nodules of leguminous plants.

2) Commensalism - In this type of relationship one of the organisms will benefit while other doesn't get benefited .Eg - Cattle and Egrets. Egrets drives away the flies disturbing the cattle but egret does not get any benefit.

3) Parasitism - In this type of relationship, one of the organisms get benefited while other gets Tapeworms and Humans. Tapeworms grow in the intestines by taking nutrients but they harm the human by doing so.
