  • Mantle that screats a calcareous shell.
  • Small ceolem for heart, nephridia and gonads.
  • Open circulatory system in all except cephalopods.
  • Many have been the first animals in the course of evolution to have a ceolom.
  • Bilateral symmetry .
  • Radula ( for feeding)
  • Body in two parts:
