The concept of sustainable resources actually means that judicious use of resources.
Conventional resources actually means that non renewable resources that once it gets finished it couldn't be renewed. These are mostly polluting nd are mostly old form of resources. For eg fossil fuel etc.
Non conventional resources are mostly renewable resources means once it gets finished it could be renewed. These are mostly non polluting nd r mostly new form of the resources. For eg wind energy, tidal energy etc.

The rate of consumption should not surpass the rate of salvation. For renewable resources, the rate of consumption should not surpass the rate of production of renewable substitutes. All types of pollution should be minimized. Sensible use of Natural Resources.
Difference:-
As the conventional sources of energy are limited in nature, and their formation takes millions of years, they can be exhausted one day. Conversely, non-conventional sources of energy are the sources that are in abundance in the environment and are easily renewable, so they are inexhaustible.
