yes...federalism and fundamental rights are very essential in our country India so that every person would hav all rights like right to vote , right to freedom...etc... fundamentals rights are those rights in which the person is free to do anything he wants to according to his/ her..wish...

Fundamental rights was included in the Indian constitution to make sure that the government would neither act in an arbitrary manner not ignore the interests of minority group.
