So if she wants 20$ to remain in her purse...she can spend less than or equal to 60$...

so maximum number of cds she can buy is the nearest whole number lesser than 60/18

60/18=3.33333333333333

Since no. of CDs can only be whole numbers so the numberof CDs brought by her is 3.
