SKYLIZ Tablets contains Methylcobalamin, Iron, Zinc and Folic acid. Ferrous Bis-glycinate is more bioavailable and tolerable than other ferrous salts of sulfate, fumarate and ascorbate. According to studies, it has highest bioavailability even in presence of tannins, oxalates, phytates etc. It does not interact with multivitamins. It is less likely to cause intestinal side-effects, such as nausea, constipation and bloating.
