If the fertilization process is affected, there will be no fruit set and we wont be able to get food products from plants.

But, some plants adapt to asexual reproduction, i.e., formation of fruits without fertilization, by the process called parthenogenesis (i.e., female gamete developing into embryo without fertilization).

So, we humans will start depending on the parthenogenic plants for food products.
