KEY FEATURES : There are two or more levels (or tiers) of government. The fundamental provisions of the constitution cannot be unilaterally changed by one level of government.

\textbf{Features of Federalism are :}

◾ There are two or more levels of government in the country.

◾ The judiciary is free from other two institutions.

◾ The sources of revenue for each level of government are clearly specified in the constitution.

◾ Any level of government can't change fundamental principles of constitution.

◾ The jurisdiction of each level government should be cleary specified in the constitution.

◾ There are various organs of government such as legislature, executive and judiciary.

◾ For a better Federal system decentralization should be practiced.
