$\textbf{FEDERALISM :}$ It is a system of government in which power is divided between a central government and the various constituent units of the country.

$\textbf{Features of Federalism are :}$

◾ There are two or more levels of government in the country.

◾ The judiciary is free from other two institutions.

◾ The sources of revenue for each level of government are clearly specified in the constitution.

◾ Any level of government can't change fundamental principles of constitution.

◾ The jurisdiction of each level government should be cleary specified in the constitution.

◾ There are various organs of government such as legislature, executive and judiciary.

◾ For a better Federal system decentralization should be practiced.
