few drops of dilute iodine solutions is added both the test tubes blue colour appears in the test tube B. what change in test tubeA.? why?

First of all you wrote text tube which should be TEST tube.....no problem....
Iodine solution turns Starch into color blue-black. So, that tells that Test tube B contained Starch and so turned blue, while Test Tube A didn't contained Starch and so didn't turned Blue.
