The human heart is divided into four chambers

they are right and left auricles,right and left ventricles.

these chambers are separated by valves such as tricuspid valve,bicuspid valve etc....

the pulmonary artery carries deoxygenated blood from the right ventricle to the lungs and the pulmonary vein supplies the oxygenated blood to the left auricle,after that it passes to the left ventricle and the pure blood is supplied to our body through a big artery known as aorta
