Why Do we need Constitution

To maintain order in the society, The preamble starts with we the people of India give to ourselves this Constitution it connotes that we came to common set of rules which are to followed by everyone in this country so that order will be maintained.

To limit the government, state is permanent governments are temporary Constitution has given us basic set of Rights which can't be violated by the government, it prevents governments from doing injustice with citizenry.

Rule of law : Having a Constitution assures us that no irrational action either legislative or executive can be taken against us so it ensures RULE OF LAW AND NOT OF MEN
