Lymph refers to a white fluid which is made of WBC's and mainly lymphocytes.Lymphocytes are the major components of lymphs.
Whereas blood is a fluid which is made of a large number of components and blood carries the necessary nutrients,oxygen etc to all the cells of the body.The lymph is transported through lymph vessels whereas blood is transported through blood vessels.
