&lt;p style = " color:cyan ; front-family ; cursive ;background :black; front size25 px; " &gt;Coulomb is 1 Amp /Sec</p><p></p><p>You have 10c of charge flowing through a conductor.</p><p></p><p>So the effective current through a conductor will be 10amp for 1 sec</p><p></p><p>The reason there is no relevance of 5 minutes in this calculation is because current tries to flow as rapidly as it could until the charge across the both poles reach equilibrium.</p><p></p><p>If your question would have been around the total energy required to have that flowing 20 seconds then</p><p></p><p>Calculation would be entirely different considering those 5 minutes.</p><p></p><p>
