1st body is moving with constant acceleration.
So, x1= ut + 21at2
u= 0, as it starts from rest. So x1= 21at2
2nd body is moving with constant speed. x2 be the distance traveled by 2nd body in t time
x2= v2
Now, (x1−x2)= 21at2- v2t
Since the 2nd body is proportional to t. (as it moving in constant speed). Therefore it is a parabola after crossing x-axis.
The parabolic graph satisfies the condition.
