The insufficient intake of fibres leads to constipation. The kind of fiber that exists in food help relieve constipation. An excellent natural laxative is Wheat bran. Wheat bran helps clean motions. You can also increase water intake.
Low oil intake could be another cause of constipation.
⚫A minimum of 2 to 3 teaspoons of oil or ghee should be taken daily (if overweight).
⚫A minimum of 2 to 3 teaspoons (if underweight) .
Exercise also can help fight constipation.
