On the most obvious level, that means that there’s no such thing as polluting someone else’s world, while keeping yours clean.

They are all interdependent economically, since there’s no country which has ALL of it’s own markets and ALL of it’s own resources inside it’s borders.

And of course, they are all interdependent in terms of human health, since germs and viruses are notoriously even LESS inclined to obey immigration laws.
