A. The conjurer was the master of the magic show. At first, the audience were thrilled and amazed at the tricks. But the Quick Man’s comments decreased his level of confidence and created doubts among the audience.

He approached the Quick Man for his belongings one by one and destroyed them. Thus he took revenge by punishing the Quick Man for causing disturbance at the show by his absurd comments.
