Both Amoeba and plasmodium reproduce asexually by the method of fission but the main difference is that Amoeba reproduce by binary fission and plasmodium reproduce by Multiple Fission process. ... Apart from plasmodium organisms like yeast and malarial parasites also reproduce by the method of multiple fission.
