here 25b² or (5b)² is your answer

EXPLANATION:
here the middle term is 20ab
since we know its gonna be a perfect square( as the question says)
we will break it in this form:
2 x 2 x 5ab --------(1)
we have to break it in such a way that the coefficient of a should be square root the the digit available here
REARRANGING (1)
2 x 2a x 5b

so from here we get to know that coefficient of be will be 5
henceforth
we will have to put (5b)² or 25b² in the blank space
