Answer :-

a. Give me a plate of rice.

b. Prashant has x oats with milk for breakfast.

c. He has a headache.

d. Manju is a hardworking and an honest girl.

e. Please do me a favour!

f. The N.S.S camp has been organized at Shastri Grounds.

Additional Information :-

The words 'a' , 'an' and 'the' are called articles. They don't change according to gender or number of the Noun they refer to.

Example:- the shop, the girl, a man etc.

'A' and 'an' are Indefinite Article because it does not change according to any particular or definite noun. They are used before Singular Nouns, countable Nouns and indefinite nouns.

'A' is used before the consonant sound.

Example :- a horse, a university (sounds like - yunivercity)

'An' is used before vowel sound (a,e,i,o,u)

Example :- an icecream, an emblem, an hour (h is silent, sound of 'o')

Definite Article - The

It is used to specify something or someone definite. It refers to a Noun that is either understood (by the listener or reader) or has been previously refered to by the writer or speaker.

Example :- An apple was bitten by a squirrel. The apple fell on a bench.

Notice that the indefinite article 'an' is used for the apple I the first sentence. In the second sentence article 'the' is used to indicate the same apple already talked about in the first sentence.
