When I am in a fit of anger, I go to my room, write the incident which made me anger, keep the paper under my pillow and go to sleep. After waking up, I get freshed up and then burn the paper on which I wrote that incident. This relives me from anger. My anger has lost because the incident that made me angry, has now burnt in fire which implies that it is erased from my memory......
