  2. Non-Perishable foods are spices, nuts, rice, sugar and some canned sea foods. These are the foods with longer shelf life without preservatives.
  3. SALT and OIL is the main source to prevent Mango pickle from Fungus and it also act as a Preservatives.
  4. B12 Vitamin is useful for the absorption in the Intrinsic factor and the PERNICIOUS ANEMIA DEFICIENCY is caused by lack of Intrinsic Factor.
