x ^{a}  \times  {x}^{b}  = x ^{a  + b}

The Powers Get Added When The Bases Are Same.

Example:-

 {2}^{2}  +  {2}^{3}  \\  =  {2}^{2 + 3}   = 2^{5}  \\  = 32
