A lamb and it's mother were grazing in a field. There an eagle pounced in the lamb. It carried it away in its powerful claws. At that moment crow sat on a nearby tree. He saw the activity with great interest. He thought how easily the eagle got it's food. Like this he too could get it easily as he was as strong and clever as the eagle. Suddenly the crow pounced on the mother sheep. He tried to pick her up with his claws. But crow's claws got entangled in the sheep's thick wool. He struggled to free himself but couldn't. At that time a man passing by suddenly saw the trapped crow. Seeing him he thought crow would make a good pet for his children. Then he caught him and put him in a cage.
