Solution:

Number on each side must add up to 9. ▪

Hence total Sum = 9 + 9 + 9 = 27

Numbers used from 1 to 6  = 6 * 7/2 = 21

Hence 27 - 21 = 6  

6 is achieved from vertex as they are counted twice

6  = 1 + 2 + 3

Hence  Magic triangle is

            6          5

        2       4       3

1 + 6 + 2 = 9

1 + 5 + 3 = 9

2 + 4 + 3 = 9
